Booking procedure: 1) Odyssey Tours and Travels will customise a holiday itinerary based on your requirements. 2) Once you approve the itinerary and costs, Odyssey Tours and Travels will proceed to make tentative reservations as per the final itinerary. 3) You can chooses your preferred payment option and remits the amount to Odyssey Tours and Travels. 4) Once the reservations are confirmed as per the final itinerary, we will email the voucher and the final itinerary to you. 5) You need to take a print out of the voucher/s and hand it over the Odyssey representative on arrival in India. Multiple vouchers may be issued depending on the itinerary.   Booking Terms and conditions: 1. Odyssey Tours and Travels hereinafter referred to as 'Odyssey' undertakes to arrange for the Customer through carriers, hotels and other providers of services, only with the services detailed in the itinerary. The itinerary shall form an integral part of these booking conditions 2. Odyssey shall make all efforts to provide accommodation in the hotels mentioned in the itinerary. In the event of a particular hotel(s) is (are) not available, Odyssey shall provide accommodation in other hotel(s) of similar standard 3. Odyssey shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage resulting from acts of God, danger incident to the sea, fire, breakdown of machinery or equipments, acts of governmental authority, wars, civil disturbances, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines or any delays or changes of itinerary including any extra expense which the holder may incur as a result of any of the forgoing causes. 4. The Customer does hereby, for himself/herself and his/her legal representatives release and discharge 'Odyssey' from any and all liability for any and all kinds of loss or damage of whatsoever nature including but not limited to that resulting from death or personal injuries and loss of services, which (s)he may sustain, on account of or arising out of or while engaged in/enjoying any tour, transportation, stay or any service of any nature, for any reason whatsoever and regardless of the cause. 5. The Customer further agrees that Odyssey shall, under no circumstance be liable or responsible for any loss, injury or damage resulting from any act or omission of any provider/owner/agent of any tour, transportation, stay or service. 6. It is agreed that Odyssey acts as agent only, without any liability or responsibility for all services covered hereby and that all tickets, coupons and Exchange Orders are furnished and issue subject in all respects to the terms and conditions hereof and to those under which the service/facility are supplied and that the contract in use by each carrier, operator, establishment or other principal, when issued/executed/formalized shall constitute the sole agreement between the holder and such carrier or operator, establishment or other principal. 7. No refund can be claimed for partially unutilised air tickets or ground arrangements on any basis whatsoever. The Customer shall travel as per the itinerary in its entirety. Odyssey shall not be responsible in any manner, for refund or otherwise, in the event the Customer does not participate in any part of the tour and /or does not avail of the services in part or whole 8. Odyssey shall have the right to cancel this service order in case Odyssey in its sole discretion deems it necessary upon refunding the value and the holder shall not have any other or further claim against it for any reason hereof.   9. CANCELLATION: i) All cancellations are valid only when communicated in writing to Odyssey by email, Registered AD or otherwise upon confirmation of the same in writing by Odyssey ii) The Customer shall pay Cancellation charges as follows:   Receipt of cancellation Charges 30 days or more prior to departure of tour or non-payment as per schedule set out above No charges 29-15 days prior to departure of tour 10% of tour cost 14 to 1 day prior to departure of tour 25% of tour cost Less than 1 day prior to departure 100% of tour cost   These charges would apply to the land arrangements only. Any charges levied by the airlines would be in as per the rules set by the airlines.
